Kaplan June 30th of this year and I was so happy to go to a university that I could do the work on my time and that also accepted federal aid and stafford loans. I thought this couldn't get any better then what it is right now! Well, I was right about that. It couldn't get any better ... It got worse. I am still enrolled in
Kaplan because I am at a loss as to what to do. I have been waiting since the beginning of July for my grant and loan to be accepted by the school and sadly as of today it still hasn't. I know and they do to that if it isn't in there by the beginning of the new school term which is October 7th that I will be locked out of my new classes and will owe for my whole first term which is almost 4,000. The last 2 weeks I have done nothing but call

Kaplan and I have not got one answer back. Not even from my academic advisor! I called
Bank of America which is the bank that did my loans and they said that all of my loans are approved and everything is ready to go they are just waiting on the school to take my account off of hold. I don't even understand what that means. One thing I do know is that if I could go back
Kaplan would NOT be the online school that I would choose. They have really let me down and now more then likely I won't be able to go after October 7th anyway and I will owe alot of
money that I had told them when I enrolled that I couldn't pay. It is so sad that I have put so much trust in them thinking they were a good school and they aren't!
