My name is Ashley Quarles, I am a stay at home mother to a five year old at only 23 myself. I want to file this complaint for many reasons against Kaplan University. I am very upset at the time I have wasted and the effort I put in to all of my work with nothing to show for my work also the school took all my loans.

The school never sent me a record of my financial basis. I got my tax paper back about my loans through Bank of America to Kaplan University and I only had enough money for one more semester and I had only completed two. I knew something was not right.

I called the government to try to stop my pale grant money from going to them and they said they cannot do anything. Please I need help I have no money I quit my job to go to school to better myself and my son's life. I need some help on doing something about this school and not let them do this to ANYONE else! Thank you!

The responses on this website which would insist that kaplan is all good, and the people that have complaints are all bad are a respondent effort from Kaplan, and Washington Post employees, so please don't get upset, they are responding themselves

Sounds like you are going to have to go back to work, just like other responsible adults if you "have no money." Don't expect a free hand out.

It also sounds like you need to do your research before making decisions like going to school. Your bank is the one who lends you the money, not Kaplan. They are the ones who can increase your overall loan in order to pay for additional classes, etc.
